Whoosh Shower Jelly

September 03, 2017

Hello lovelies,

I'm on a mission to find some fabulous new LUSH products which I can use in the shower, since I no longer have a bath! Today is the day I succeed in that mission. I've seen LUSH's Shower Jelly range for a while now and haven't tried them for some bizarre reason. I recently bought the 100g pot of Whoosh for £4.25. You can also get 250g pots for £8.50.

I must admit this is the only one I think smells nice, the others I either can't smell or they just don't tickle my fancy. Whoosh is described as "a boisterous bundle of fresh citrus juices and seaweed to help you bounce back to brilliant". It smells so refreshing and is a great way to start the day and blast away the sleepiness!

You can use this Jelly one of two ways: Either wobble and lather or, chill it in the freezer! Personally I just take if from the pot and lather in in my hand (I don't break off small chunks but you could if you preferred) and rub it over my body. Try not to drop it though, it can be quite slippy! The scent is quite strong once you've dried yourself and it makes you feel so lovely and refreshed.

The best part? I've used this jelly every day for a week and it hasn't started to go down, I have a feeling it will last me a while which is fabulous considering the price for a pot! I also want to mention that LUSH have a scheme where if you take back five (i think??) of these pots they recycle them and you get a fresh face mask!

If you like the sound of the products mentioned in this post, find the links below! Thank you, Lauren x

  9. I love the idea of their shower jellies but figuring out how to use it is the hardest part, lol. It's cool you pretty much use it like a soap bar though; I've heard it can be messy!

  16. I remember my sister buying this when we were a little younger! We had no idea how to use it though, so it didn't last the longest time haha. I loved the scent of it, strong and citrusy!
